Welcome to the Dinah Paper and Clay website. By entering and buying from the Dinah Paper and Clay website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of use stated on this page. Do not continue to use the Dinah Paper and Clay website if you do not accept all of the terms of service stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms of Service, Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and any or all Agreements: "Client", "You" and "Your" refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company's terms of service. "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Our" and "Us", refers to Dinah Paper and Clay. "Party", "Parties", or "Us", refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves. All terms refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate manner, whether by formal meetings of a fixed duration, or any other means, for the express purpose of meeting the Client's needs in respect of provision of the Company's stated services/products, in accordance with and subject to, prevailing law of United Kingdom. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalisation and/or he/she or they, are taken as interchangeable and therefore as referring to same.

INTELLECTUAL POLICY 

All images and content on this website belong to Dinah Body unless otherwise stated and are protected by UK and international copyright laws.

No content on this website can be copied, reproduced, distributed, downloaded, displayed, posted on the internet or transmitted in any way without prior written permission from Dinah Body.

DELIVERY

We are currently only shipping to Mainland UK. For shipping to other countries please get in touch by email to register your interest.

We offer the following delivery services:

Delivery to Mainland UK:

£2.50 – Standard Royal Mail 2nd class 

£4.50 – Express shipping – Royal Mail 1st Class

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

The foiled and embossed cards are pressed by hand in our studio so some pieces may vary slightly due to the nature of the hand printing process and the material. We hope that you are happy with your purchase however if you are not satisfied with your product we are happy to give you a full refund or exchange. Please get in touch as soon as possible by email at orders@dinahpaperandclay.com so we can discuss your order and resolve your issue. You must return the goods in their original condition, unused and unmarked and, in their original packaging enabling us to sell the product as new. The goods must be returned within 14 days of delivery and once checked, we will issue an exchange or refund to you within 30 days of the date we received your cancellation provided the goods are returned in a saleable condition. Postage will be paid by you the customer on all returned good . Please obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept liability for items lost in transit. We will aim to make refunds using the same method used by you to pay for your purchases.

No returns are accepted on discounted items or seconds as these are the end of the line or seconds hence the purpose of the sale.

PAYMENTS 

Payments on our website are processed through the secure and trusted online payment systems of PAYPAL or STRIPE.  All direct payments via credit and debit card are securely processed via Stripe. This means that we never have access to your financial information.

ORDERS

Orders will normally be accepted if the product you order is available and your payment method is authorised for transaction. Your card or PayPal account will be charged automatically when you place your order. If for any reason we are unable to fulfil your order you will be notified and given a full refund.

Once your payment has been received and your items have been dispatched we will send you an email confirmation to let you know that your product is on it’s way. Items that are in stock will be dispatched within 3-5 working days of payment being received. 

DISPATCH AND DELIVERY

Please note that prices are shown exclusive of delivery as this is calculated at check out. Any taxes incurred outside the UK are the responsibility of you the customer and not the responsibility of Dinah Paper & Clay or Dinah Body.

Our parcels are dispatched by second class post by default unless you select first class at the point you check out.

Please ensure that you enter the correct delivery address as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit as a result. If items are returned to us due to an inaccurate address you will be liable to pay for the postage again.

For orders over £50 we will use a tracked courier service and will notify you of the service and the tracking. We may have to share your telephone number with the courier in order to complete your order effectively. You can read more about this in our privacy policy.

PRICES & AVAILABILITY

Prices and product availability and postage are subject to change without notice.

CANCELLATION

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been posted out to you please get in touch via email as soon as and we will reimburse you the cost within 30 days. If the order has already been posted but not received then we are unable to refund your delivery charges and will only be able to refund the your order once we have safely received your product in it’s original unused condition.

YOUR CONTRACT WITH US

As soon as a customer places an order with us they will receive an email confirmation acknowledging their order but this is not an acceptance of their order. Orders are only fully accepted once payment has been received which cannot be later than 7 days after the order was placed. There are certain situations where we will not accept an order, listed here:

  • if the order is out of stock

  • If payment is not received

  • if the payment is not correctly or fully processed by us

  • if there is an error in pricing

  • if there is a potential issue with delivery

  • if we have a suspicion of fraudulent activity

  • if we decide against it due to internal company reasons

If we decide not to accept an order we will let the client know as soon as possible.

If an item that you have ordered is out of stock, we will contact you on receiving your order to advise you of the earliest possible delivery date of the item. If you’re not satisfied with the alternative delivery date, we can cancel your order immediately and will give you a full refund.
